8 oz. fried bacon, cut
1/4 cup choped onion
1 (16 oz.) can Pork and beans, I usually drain 1/2 the juice
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, I usually drain 1/2 the juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients in pan or pot. There are several ways of cooking, here is a few:
1. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes covered , 15 minutes uncovered.
2. Bring to boil on stovetop for 5 minutes.
3. Put in microwave till hot.
1 1/4 cup white sugar 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup butter 2 large and 1 small egg
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
A little over 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 cups cornflakes
1 1/4 cup coconut 2 1/2 cups oats
Cream sugars, butter, slightly beatin eggs, & vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat intill creamy. Add Cornflakes, coconut, & oats. Mix well. Bake 350*F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
